About Our Service:

•Our platform delivers a predetermined quantity of verified buyer email addresses at a fixed rate per package.

•For optimal results, we encourage users to submit an appropriate number of domain names to ensure maximum match quality.

•Email addresses with the highest relevance scores are delivered first, followed by additional contacts to fulfill your package quota.

•In cases where we cannot fulfill the complete email package, any remaining credits will remain available for future domain submissions.

Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe's payment infrastructure. When you complete a purchase, you grant Stripe authorization to charge your selected payment method.

DomainSeek retains the authority to modify service pricing at any point. Any price changes will be communicated through our website and will apply to future purchases.

Restrictions and Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in activities that are illegal, deceptive, or harmful, including:

•Any actions that violate applicable local, state, national, or international laws and regulations.

•Attempting to compromise, disrupt, or interfere with the security, functionality, or integrity of our platform.

Service Credits: All credits purchased for DomainSeek services are non-refundable once the transaction is completed.

Credit Validity Period: Purchased credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You may utilize your credits at any point during this validity period.

Digital Service Nature: As our services are delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, all transactions are considered final. Refunds are not available except as outlined in the exceptions below.

Special Circumstances: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for situations such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or significant technical failures that prevent service delivery.

Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team at sales@domainseek.co within 7 calendar days of your purchase date. Include your order number, purchase date, and a detailed explanation of your refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. If a chargeback is filed without prior communication with our team, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend your account access until the dispute is resolved through proper channels.
